What Are Some Fun Things To Do In Atlanta?
I recommend camping at Stone Mountain. They have a Skyride, a laser show, and a riverboat. Really great fun for the whole family! We ate lunch at the Sycamore Grill which is in Stone Mountain Village at 5329 Mimosa Drive. Give them a call at (770) 465-6789. Tell them Sam referred you!

World of Coke, Aquarium, Center for Puppetry Arts, Six Flags (it’s a pretty good park, esp if you like rollercoasters, and only about a 20 min drive from downtown), Piedmont Park is a nice place to walk around (and free). I would definitely go to Stone Mountain – there’s a lot to do there, but personally I would not camp out in August. Keep in mind the temp will be at least in the 90s during the day, and doesn’t usually go below 80 at night.
